02 / Returns policy
We want you to love your pick.
We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you're dissatisfied with an eligible purchase for any reason, we'll refund the full purchase price.
Eligible returns
Your 30-day return period begins on the day we ship your pick. Returned picks must be in “as new” condition.
Customized picks
Customized picks cannot be returned. This includes engraving, custom shapes, and any other modification made by BlueChip or by the customer.

Make sure it is within 30 days of shipment, in “as new” condition, and has not been customized.

Use our online return form to provide the order details and requested resolution.

Refunds & replacements
You should generally receive your refund or replacement resolution within two weeks after giving the package to the return shipper, often sooner. This estimate includes return transit, processing, and any bank refund processing time.

BlueChip picks are exceptionally durable and long-lasting, but they are not guaranteed for life. Like other picks, they are consumable items and will eventually wear with use.
