The Blue Chip Pick meets all my needs in tone, feel, uniformity, and wearability. It doesn't slip around in my fingers, but moves easily and stays where I put it. The rounded ends on the TPRs are consistent in shape at all points. And best of all, I see no signs of wear after constant use. This is the one I've been looking for - the perfect pick for me! I'm happy to be the first jazz guy to endorse them.
